I graduated from Chaoyang culinary skills college in Changsha, Hunan in 2000 and was assigned to Zhuzhou Jinlong hotel for further study. I began to engage in mass catering operation in 2002, with 14 years of operation and management experience. During this period, he successively served as the on-site chef in Zhongshan branch of industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Longhua Foxconn B6 restaurant, Guangzhou University City, Guangdong University of technology, Guangdong Medical College, Guangdong private Hualian college, Guangdong Medical College, Wuhan College of Commerce and trade, Dongguan Xinke electronics factory, Minhua holdings and other canteens. He was proficient in the production of various dishes and had senior management experience in on-site production. He joined Hongxiang Catering Management Co., Ltd. in 2011.
